Design


Baton conveyer:

This robot has a conveyer belt located at the front with shelves with L-brackets on the end to pick up the batons from the baton dispenser. when the baton reached the top it would fall down a ramp made of sheet metal and into a hopper.

Gate:


The gate on the end served 2 purposes it would allow us to hold multiple batons as well as let us know if a baton was magnetic.

Arms:

The arms on the robot were to allow us to get on the sea saw.

Drive Train:

This robot features a tank drive train with 1 tank sprocket per side attached directly to a motor and 3 tank idler wheels per side that are free spinning.
